What the Gear Actually Does
Gears help your plants grow and protect them from danger. Sprinklers speed up the growth of plants within a certain radius and raise their baseline size. A Common Sprinkler, for instance, speeds up growth by 1.5x and adds +7 size luck over 20 studs. Those figures climb with the Legendary Sprinkler at 4x growth and +65 size luck across 40 studs, and the Super Sprinkler above that.
Watering cans clear fruit decay and also speed up growth. A trowel allows you to move plants around. The Gnome attacks intruders and drains their Sheckles. The Flashbang blinds a fleeing thief, and a Shovel hit knocks loose what they stole. And if you do wish to steal from other players yourself, the Teleporter and Speed Mushroom help you get around the map to do just that.
What Else Can You Trade
Aside from seeds and gear, you can also trade pets. They are very useful assets, helping you earn Sheckles and induce mutations in plants. They have their own economy and their own page. Sheckles, the farming currency, have their own page, too.
